In the beginning…

Welcome to my blog. This site intends to bring you the latest ‘talk of the town’ relating to chiropractic care, our health and lifestyle, ranging from diet and nutrition, the best exercises to strengthen your back, how to minimise toxins in the household and in your body as well as much more. I am privileged to be constantly taught by you and others I come into contact with and I am presented with an amazing array of topics and information, so this is a forum where I can share them with you. I welcome your feedback and comments, so that I too, can continue to learn. The reality is, we’re all in this life together. We may have different beliefs and thought patterns based on our experiences, but genetically we’re pretty similar. We are made of the same stuff, pretty much; vulnerable to the same things.

I’m interested in what’s true and what’s simple. I don’t like to get too complicated and I certainly need my information presented in its most basic format – and that’s what I intend to do for you. Each week I will be giving a gift away to a lucky winner and giving you the opportunity to sample some of my suggestions.

I will help you go shopping, help with food preparation and kitchen items and also help you purchase health products at a reduced cost.

Most importantly, I want you to be able to make informed and educated decisions regarding you and your families’ health from a position of power rather than fear. I believe our bodies are miracles and deserve a realistic balance of respect and moderation.
